As an asset-based logistics service provider, we’re far more than your average 3PL company. Since 1989, King Solutions has leveraged a powerful network of carriers, data expertise, and other supply chain resources to create full-service logistics solutions. From end-to-end transportation management solutions to warehousing, fulfillment, and e-commerce services, we help businesses store, ship, and sell their products more efficiently.

In 1989, Mike Patterson and Meyer Bolnick saw a major need for customization in the transportation industry. Guided by their faith and a deep belief that clients deserve more than a one-size-fits-all solution, they founded King Solutions as an asset-based 3PL rooted in service, integrity, and care. From the beginning, King has been driven not only by a client-centric approach, but also by a culture of giving back to the community. Today, that legacy lives on as the company has been entrusted from one family to another—remaining privately held and values-led through every chapter. Since then, we’ve grown beyond the traditional 3PL model to become a full-scale logistics service provider—offering end-to-end, customized solutions for businesses across every industry.

As a faith-based organization, King Solutions has opened pathways for its employees to explore and embrace their relationship with God. We were the first organization in Minnesota to offer Corporate Chaplains of America (CCA) services to its employees, and it’s something we still do today.

Each month, our employees are encouraged to donate time during working hours to help local charities fulfill their missions and change lives.

Whether they’re supporting life-saving cancer research, helping people overcome addiction, or finding forever homes for animals, our employees are dedicated to making a difference in their community.

Our PTL consolidation services optimize the number of trucks we send on the road and move freight more efficiently.

We offer eco-friendly options like corrugated dunnage manufactured from recycled materials as well as recycled cartons, air pillows, packing paper and tape. We even package outbound shipments with select packaging from incoming ones.

Our headquarters utilizes motion-activated lighting, LED light bulbs, green-friendly custodial products, and recycling bins throughout the property.

Our accounting and human resources teams utilize electronic systems and paperless forms, working with clients and partners to reduce our collective footprint.

Since 2018, we've been selected by the EPA as a SmartWay High Performer, an award given to less than 5% of all SmartWay logistics service providers. We meet the EPA’s required emissions and carrier selection criteria, all while keeping your supply chain green.
