With more than 17 years of experience in the fulfillment industry, Amy brings operational insight and a strong focus on client success to the King Solutions team. Since joining the company in 2021, she has grown from overseeing day-to-day operations to leading a team dedicated to providing seamless, end-to-end fulfillment and logistics solutions. Amy is committed to fostering meaningful client relationships, empowering her team, and driving continuous improvement throughout every stage of the customer journey.
Fun Fact
Amy enjoys unwinding with a good mystery novel and spending time with her husband Erik, their three daughters, and their two dogs; a Rottweiler and an English Staffordshire. On weekends, you might find them exploring new places, enjoying the outdoors, or simply relaxing at home. For Amy, it’s all about slowing down, enjoying good company, and making meaningful memories with family and friends.

Alex brings over 18 years of experience in warehousing and third-party logistics, having worked in nearly every position across the industry. From the dock to shipment management and customer care, he has developed a comprehensive understanding of operations, efficiency, and team leadership. His hands-on journey has equipped him with both expertise and adaptability, making him a strong asset in any logistics environment.
Fun Fact
Outside of work, Alex enjoys hunting, fishing, riding motorcycles, as well as dirt biking with his kids, and you can usually find him cheering on or coaching his three kids in their sports activities. He also serves in the Minnesota Army National Guard, balancing his dedication to family, service, and the outdoors.

Diana is a dedicated and results-driven Customer Care Supervisor with a proven track record of enhancing customer satisfaction, streamlining processes, and leading successful team members. With 30 years of experience in customer service and 11 of that in transportation, Diana, brings a strong blend of leadership, empathy, and strategic thinking to every interaction.
Fun Fact
Outside of work, Diana, enjoys spending time with her husband, their dog Maisy and family & friends. On weekends she spends time walking/running and agility training Maisy, traveling & fishing with her husband and enjoying time her two kids, Alex & Lauren with their significant others. She also enjoys photography and all aspects creating the perfect photo.

Steven has been in the transportation industry for 27 years - 17 years with King Solutions. He has has had Duties including Sales and Customer Service. He is driven by getting results. He works well with customers to figure out what is the best process to get results desired by the customer.

Ryan has been with King Solutions for over 12 years in customer care and operations. He stepped into a supervisor role after 2 years and has continued to lead a dedicated team in customer care. With that role he has always maintaned his own accounts. Enjoying interacting with clients and vendors. He enjoys the challenge of new accounts, but pride's himself on creating relationships and building organically with current customers to allow them to grow and in turn grow with them.

Outside of work Ryan enjoys spending time with his family. He also enjoys staying active. He has played volleyball for 20 plus years in various leagues, but as he winds down the volleyball play, he loves golfing and found a new passion in pickleball.

Ian has over fourteen years of experience in the transportation industry, starting his career by loading and unloading trucks. Over time, he progressed into leadership roles, managing teams across various areas of transportation.
He began his journey with King Solutions as a Customer Care Representative and worked his way up to managing the department. Today, Ian oversees all customer care teams at King Solutions, bringing a hands-on and collaborative approach to leadership.
Having once worked for a customer of King Solutions himself, Ian offers a unique perspective. He strives to understand both sides of the business, helping to bridge the gap between client needs and internal operations to drive mutual success.
Fun Fact
Outside of work, Ian can be found outdoors. As an avid hunter, fisher, and camper he can always be found at a local lake, or exploring different parks. Now that Ian's family has expanded he can be found with a child on his back as they go on these different adventures.

Megan Iverson is a dynamic leader with a proven track record in building creative, scalable solutions for clients, especially in fast-changing environments. From launching a client’s e-commerce channel in just two weeks during COVID to driving operational excellence across fulfillment and marketing, she blends strategic vision with hands-on execution. Guided by the belief that “anything is possible,” Megan thrives on turning challenges into opportunities.

In her spare time, Megan enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. One of her favorite memories is the summer her mom took her and her siblings to Europe, where they spent months visiting several countries and meeting their German relatives for the first time.

He puts customers’ needs first, acting as their internal champion to lead strategic initiatives that ensure exceptional service and support while improving efficiency across the organization. As King continues to grow, he remains committed to fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation that supports both the team and the clients he serves.

I was told to give a fun fact so here it goes " Sloths are surprisingly good at swimming", dont believe me look it up. Oh, about me? well I like long walks on short beaches and having chaotic tea parties with my daughter.

Presten joined King in 2021 and has never looked back. He was drawn to Kings atmosphere of personal growth and development through open conversations and feedback with leadership. The company's focus and looking to the future aligned perfectly with his own goals. He began working directly with customers, gaining first hand insight into the logistics world and the customers needs. From there, he moved into a lead role, where he supported and team members to deliver exceptional service to customers. Today, as an Account Executive, Presten focused on fostering relationships and maintaining open, consistent communication with both internal teams and external partner ensuring every customer receives the best customer care.

When Presten isn’t attending his child’s sports activities, he enjoys perfecting his grilling and smoking BBQ techniques, always looking for new tips and tricks to make the best barbecue for friends and family.

David launched his transportation career in 1989 as a management trainee with a national truckline. Over the years, he gained hands-on experience across the country, taking on roles ranging from driver sales, various operations management positions including terminal manager and sales.
His first encounter with King Solutions came during his time in sales at Yellow Transportation. From the moment he stepped through King’s front door, he felt an immediate connection to the company’s unique and inspiring culture. That impression stuck with him—and when the opportunity arose to join King as a Business Development Manager, David didn't hesitate. It was the perfect next step in a career built on dedication, versatility, and a passion for logistics.

For fun our family enjoys game nights and most outdoor activities including chasing the highly elusive Muskie. A bucket list item checked off was hiking the Grand Canyon with my daughter.

Neil Wackwitz started with King 12 years ago and oversees all warehouse operations across the organization. Over his career, he has grown from a material handler to a strategic leader, with experience spanning warehouse management, customer care, inventory control, and systems optimization. His ground-up perspective enables him to drive operational excellence and deliver results that align with both customer needs and business goals.

In his free time Neil can be found chasing golf balls, fishing through the ice in the dead of winter, or enjoying just about anything that gets him outdoors.

Chad brings 27 years of technology experience to his role as Senior Director of IT. He began his career leading the support organization at a software and hardware company for the trucking industry and spent 20 years building scalable IT managed services organizations. For the past three years, he has led internal IT initiatives, driving innovation and efficiency.
Chad has worked with both small private companies and large public corporations, gaining expertise across data centers, virtual environments, hardware, networking, unified communications, software development, and more.

In his free time, Chad coaches various sports for his kids and the community, spends time on the water with the family in the boat, and enjoys an occasional poker tournament.

With over 35 years of leadership experience spanning business ownership, sales, marketing, and operations, Laura brings a wealth of knowledge and versatility to her role at King Solutions. She relocated from South Texas in early 2004 to join the company and, over the past 20+ years, has worn many hats. Today, she leads the teams responsible for client pricing, carrier procurement, load planning, and other key areas that support the success of the operation.

Outside of work, Laura enjoys stepping onto the stage at local community theaters, escaping to sunny destinations with her husband, Chad, and fully embracing her role as a Disney adult.

Anna Bowers leads with heart, clarity, and a drive to create lasting impact—for clients, teams, and the business as a whole. With over a decade of experience across leadership, client success, and strategic operations, she’s known for building trusted relationships, inspiring team culture, and turning bold ideas into practical results. At King Solutions, Anna serves as the bridge between clients and internal operations—aligning service delivery with evolving needs while driving continuous improvement across programs and processes. Her leadership blends big-picture thinking with relational depth, connecting the dots between operations, IT, and the client experience. Whether guiding teams through change or strengthening day-to-day execution, Anna brings energy, empathy, and accountability to everything she does.

Anna has a need for speed that runs four generations deep—you’ll often find her and her family behind the wheel, racing both asphalt and dirt cars. Off the track, she’s all-in on sports, whether she’s playing, coaching, managing, or cheering from the sidelines. She loves being outdoors, staying active in any way she can, and has a soft spot for anything with a motor. She’s also passionate about photography, writing, and traveling whenever the chance arises. Bryan joined King Solutions, Inc. after several years with a local CPA firm, where he built the technical foundation that shaped his career. He is driven by leading finance and accounting functions in growth-minded, privately held companies that align with his values. At King, Bryan oversees Finance, Accounting, and Human Resources, guiding a team committed to operational excellence while ensuring the company adapts to today’s challenges and prepares strategically for the future.

Outside of work, Bryan can be found chasing his kids across baseball and football fields, down ski slopes, and wherever else their adventures take him. When time allows, he enjoys traveling to catch country music concerts, trying new restaurants, and exploring new places.

Growing up in St. Cloud, Minnesota, in a family that owned a trucking company, a career in the transportation industry was a natural path. After graduating from St. Cloud Tech High School and earning a Marketing degree from St. Cloud State University, an internship and management training program with Quast Transfer opened the door to a first role in sales. That sales journey continued through TransX and ultimately led to joining King Companies in 2002. Today, the focus is on leading sales efforts and cultivating strong client relationship, with a particular joy in developing tailored solutions that help clients overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

Beyond a deep appreciation for King’s services and its commitment to the community, serving others remains a priority when away from work. Whether it's creating an experience of simply lending a hand, giving back is a core value. Being outdoors is the goal, favorite pastimes include golfing, fishing, attending concerts, and exploring vineyards.

What began with a pivotal college major change to operations management started the beginning of a career in supply chain management. As a previous customer of King Solutions, she admired the faith based mission that was leading the organization. In Deann's current role, her focus remains on driving the mission through leadership development and her passion for customer experience. Deann is motivated by creating new programs from the ground up and implementing company-wide initiatives, and she understands that teamwork and continuous improvement are essential for success.

Anchored by a strong faith, family time is on the top of the list outside of the office. Curiousity and a love for the outdoors is a driver for new experiences. Her top 10 list: Minnesota lake life, fishing, waterskiing, paddleboarding, traveling, music, and running (ok, lets say jogging), cooking, good coffee, and spending time with friends.

Chris Wherland joined King Solutions in July 2000 and has built a diverse career within the organization, progressing from Customer Care Team Member to Team Lead, then Manager of Truckload, and now Director of Truckload. In his current role, he oversees both the Delivery Solutions and Brokerage teams, focusing on cultivating strong partnerships with full truckload carriers and delivering competitive rates alongside exceptional on-time performance. Chris’s deep experience and commitment to collaboration make him a trusted leader in ensuring reliable, high-quality service for King Solutions’ clients.

Chris started his professional career as an Elementary Teacher in Southern California.

Jesse began his career at King Solutions in 2000 as a dock worker, gaining firsthand experience in the day-to-day operations of the business. Over the years, he advanced through roles in operations, customer care, and management, ultimately becoming Director of Procurement. In his current role, Jesse leads negotiations and contracts for the company’s Less-Than-Truckload and final mile carriers, focusing on building strong partnerships, improving service performance, and securing competitive rates that deliver real value for customers.

Jesse is an avid sports fan, particularly of the Minnesota Vikings, and enjoys fishing, running, and spending time with his family. The family loves spending weekends at the lake or cheering on their favorite teams together.
