DAYTON, MN (October 16, 2018) – King Solutions was granted official approval by the Dayton City Council to add an additional 101,000 square-foot warehouse facility on the company’s existing Dayton, MN property. The entire new facility will be temperature-controlled, opening up new possibilities for King’s Dayton distribution center.
In his announcement to employees, King’s CEO, Michael Patterson, described the expansion as “An incredibly exciting milestone for our organization.” He elaborated on the potential of the new space, sharing his perspective with internal teams by saying, “This is a significant investment in the future – it’s big news for the Twin Cities. Our new temperature-controlled space provides robust warehousing for businesses seeking custom solutions in Minnesota with a tenured logistics partner.”
Construction is already in full swing, and the goal is to have the new building up and running by mid-December.
