Vivian LouWhat began as a simple complaint to a podiatrist quickly turned into a game-changing shoe insert product known as the Vivian Lou Insolia® Insoles back in 2014. These weight-shifting shoe inserts subtly adjust the foot’s pitch and position in high heels, resulting in decreased foot pain, improved body alignment and posture, and an extended, comfortable wear time. But as fulfilling as this product was for the user, the company was in dire need of help with their own fulfillment challenges—especially with their big Home Shopping Network opportunity.  

The challenge

Facing significant barriers including lack of visibility into inventory levels, an unresponsive customer service team, missed SLAs, and misinformation being provided to their team, Vivian Lou came to King Solutions looking for more than just help, but partnership. In true King fashion, we’ve grown our partnership well beyond just finding solutions to their pain points.

In January, the Vivian Lou Insolia® Insoles launched as a featured product on HSN. The initial airing required an HSN-only 2-pack offering, specific kitting, and a drop shipping arrangement. Not only was this a first for the Vivian Lou team, but much of the initial setup happened over the holidays in preparation for the January 4th launch. They simply couldn’t do it alone.

First and foremost, our team worked hand-in-hand with Vivian Lou to ensure a seamless transition for their online consumer sales and wholesale fulfillment needs. Additionally, we partnered with their team to ensure they were fully supported in their setup with HSN. This included critical meetings and phone calls with HSN to determine not only the fulfillment processes, but also the specific requirements for their HSN exclusive product and its kitting.  

The results
