A service update for our clients and King community:

Our thoughts and prayers continue to be with the families, businesses and communities affected by the recent devastating hurricanes.

Our priority is to care for our customers’ freight, and we want to ensure you are aware of potential disruptions in service. Shipments across the globe may experience delays related to the damage that has occurred, most notably in TX, FL, GA, LA, TN, the Caribbean islands, the Bahamas and Cuba.

The effects on the supply chain are being felt throughout the United States due to lost capacity, rising fuel prices and capacity being diverted to aid in recovery relief efforts. These affects will continue for the foreseeable future. The gradual reopening of roads, rail lines and carrier terminals is also occurring daily.

Serious weather events cause significant ripple effects throughout the transportation industry. Our teams are working closely with our clients and carrier partners to make alternative arrangements as needed.
